CONTRACT

A legally binding contract is formed when Seth Pannalal Jewellers accepts your order with a confirmation email and full payment is processed. Only individuals aged 18 and above may enter legally binding contracts.

We reserve the right to decline orders due to payment authorization failure, stock unavailability, shipping restrictions, pricing errors, or quality concerns. We are not liable for any indirect losses or damages due to order rejection beyond refunding the purchase amount.

PAYMENT

By making a purchase, you confirm ownership or authorization to use the selected payment method. Transactions are processed securely via PayPal or other available payment gateways. Payment failure due to card issuer refusal will result in order cancellation. Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order within 5 working days after full payment. To cancel, email sethpannalaljewellers@gmail.com with the subject “Cancellation,” including your order number and address. Cancellations beyond this period will be at our discretion.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Upon receiving your parcel, inspect it in the presence of the courier. If the item is missing or damaged, report it immediately. Failure to do so may affect claim eligibility. Report defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 5 working days via email for resolution. Replacement or refund will be processed after return confirmation.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All Seth Pannalal Jewellers products are made to order; hence, refunds are only provided for faulty items. Exchanges may be offered under certain circumstances. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving returned items, with credit appearing within 4-7 working days.

PROMOTIONAL SAMPLES

Product samples provided for promotional, editorial, or photography purposes must be returned in perfect condition within 7 working days. Unreturned or damaged samples will be charged in full.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
